Payment Terms
Payment is due 7 days prior via bank transfer to sort code 98 00 90 account number 00603807.
Cancellation
The below applies from receipt of signed booking form. As per UK legislation, all digital signatures are legally binding.
In the highly unlikely event that we are not able to fulfil your booking I will pass your details on to an equally qualified hair or makeup artist.
If you (the client) cancel your contract,
…within 12 months of the event 50% of the final balance will be due.
…within 6 months of the event 100% of the final balance will be due.
What if I have one less Person on the Day? The above cancellation fees apply to individuals as well as the whole booking. Early Morning fee - There will be an additional fee of £50 per stylist if we are required to leave before 6:30am to accommodate the time you need to be ready. Accommodation - If accommodation is provided by the bride, this must be in a hotel/air bnb or bnb and provide a private room and bathroom facilities. Mileage - Mileage will be charged at .50p per mile return from you stylists base. This will be included in your final confirmation.
Kits / Equipment / Allergies
Due to Health and Hygiene guidelines, at no time is anyone permitted to borrow or touch a Hair or Make-up Artists Kit. If any loss or damage is made to the kit of any member of the team, then it is the responsibility of the person who has entered into the contract to replace that item. It is up to the person having hair or makeup to advise if they have any allergies, Bridal Artistry NI or any members of the team will not be responsible for any allergic reactions to products.
Head Lice – Due to health and hygiene guidelines in the event that you or a member of your party has head lice, the service will not be carried or will be terminated if the service has already begun.
Children
Due to issues of Health & Safety it is respectfully asked that Children be supervised at all times. Children must be supervised by someone who is not having hair or makeup done at the time (concessions made if children require feeding). If at all possible it is requested that the room where Hair and Make-up is taking place be kept child free due to hot styling tools and the expensive products we use. If a child is harmed at any time by any of our products or tools as they are not being supervised, Bridal Artistry NI or any members of the team can not be held responsible.

You agree to your photographs being used for our website/portfolio/advertising materials
